M. Bruno CASSAN  de l'Association des Basketeur de Toulouse/France par qui il a été possible d'avoir ces 02 fauteuils roulants et par ailleurs collègue de Danny (Point Focal AGUI FOUNDATION Europe)

M. Emmanuel BAYA de Toulouse/France qui a acheté les roues neuves d'un des fauteuils roulants et aussi payer entièrement pour les frais de transport de la France pour le Cameroun

Danny membre très très active  et point Focal Europe, qui ne cesse de nous soutenir et porter haut la cause des personnes handicapées de AGUI FOUNDATION (AGFO) par qui il a été possible d'avoir les fauteuils rolant car connaissant les besoins elle a contacte son collègue Bruno

EMMAN membre très actif et point Focal USA pour la collecte des vêtements et chaussures au USA envoyée au Cameroun

We began our meeting at 12am with the general presentations of members from the different regions followed by a word of welcome from the founder of AGUI foundation who gave us a brief presentation of AGFO, our activities and our achievements so far for the last academic year. 

            AGFO so far as work in partnership with different NGO’s that are willing to work with us and has work with us for the ongoing year in a close collaboration and has participated in local development consultancy for our laws, participated as panelist at so many conference and many more because the list is so long. To proceed with our meeting, we had presentations of the different activities we carried out during the ongoing year and the achievements which was elaborated by the founder, MR. BIKANDA, MRS. Solange and MRS Jordane who are representative of the different regions.  

As we all say, collaboration is the key for success. We had a Proposition from MRS Yolande on the ways of making an easy report for the next activities that is the theme, area, date, the time, objective, facilitators and target to enable the secretary to easy compile them as one report at the end of the year. To continue we had presentations of the different activities each region wants to carry out this year and it goes as follows

Center  presented on the different activities to be carried out there and most especially the re organization of the office members at Mbam et Inoubou. This is because most of the students involving were examination classes and they had their exams therefore will be living the school all this would be launch around mid-September. He precise that for this year he would be working every after 2 weeks for the begging due to the school organograms that has change but never the less he wanted us to still talk about topics like: Drugs, sexuality, volunteerism, side seeing visits and sharing of experience from local elites.
Douala represented by Mrs. Solange, came out with 2 major activities to be carried out that is the continuation of the training of disable people and the collaboration of 2 schools for this year 
After 2 years of silence west region has finally come back to the light and would wish for this year our collaboration
The other regions will just have a little training with no specific time frame 

Two Wheel chairs from France via DANNY our member and focal point in Europe who knew our needs and contact Bruno CASSAN her colleague from Association des Basketeurs de Toulouse for this to happened, and Emmanuel BAYA who fully paid for the new tiers for one of the wheel chairs and transportation fees for the two from France (Toulouse) to Cameroon.
Clothes and shoes from EMMAN, AGFO Focal in the USA, CHLOE, MAMA AGUI, and this was handed in Douala and Yaoundé respectively
We officially handed one of the wheel chair to Mrs. Solange Douala Assistant Focal point who came along with her daughter from Douala for our general assembly.

            To conclude our meeting, we made contributions for the academic year 2022-2023 whereby, all the members present contributed

All this was distributed in the perfect equity to all the children of the members present irrespective of the contributions.

And this was the end of the our meeting

Next meeting in December.
